As the Yard Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing all aspects of the yard, including receiving, storing, and shipping grain and seed products. You will ensure operations run smoothly, efficiently, and safely.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily yard operations, including loading/unloading trucks, inventory management, and facility maintenance.
• Ensure efficient organization and storage of grain and seed products.
• Maintain and enforce safety standards and compliance with industry regulations.
• Conduct regular equipment inspections and schedule maintenance as needed.
• Implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
• Work closely with management to meet production and distribution goals.

• Previous experience in grain, seed, or agricultural operations preferred.
• Knowledge of equipment operation and maintenance (e.g., forklifts, loaders, conveyors).
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
